  CIRB, the Crop Insurance Research Bureau, Inc., headquartered in Overland Park, Kansas, is a national trade association of crop insurers and other organizations who lend support to and promote the crop insurance industry. CIRB members insure crops in nearly every state of the union and provide billions of dollars in crop hail and multiple peril crop insurance (MPCI) protection.
  CIRB is truly a membership-driven organization. Under the leadership of its president, who acts in concert with the CIRB Board of Directors and Executive Committee, the association's greatest strength is the involvement of dozens of volunteers from its member organizations who serve on a variety of standing committees as well as special task forces.
  CIRB's membership is diverse and includes some of the largest crop insurance providers in America as well as a host of smaller organizations.

  The Kansas Association of Insurance Agents was formed September 1, 1992, through the combination of the Professional Insurance Agents of Kansas (PIAK) and the Independent Insurance Agents of Kansas (IIAK). The Association was formerly affiliated with the National Association of Professional Insurance Agents (PIA) and is currently affiliated with the Independent Insurance Agents of America (IIAA).
