organization whose purpose is to promote high ethical standards in the sale of individual

Aviation Insurance Group. Ltd. Has eight outgoing lines and six incoming 800 lines to
insure a quick and ready response to those who need an insurance quote or service on an
existing policy. Every call received is handled immediately. After hours we have an
answering machine that enables us to monitor all calls.
Our renewal/sales department handles new accounts and accounts coming up for renewal. They
endeavor to stay at least 60 days ahead of the renewal cycle. Primary concern to this
department is getting all updated information such as increased pilot hours, Medical and
BFR dates, and any other important information that would assist them in getting the best
quote. Emphasis is placed on making sure the clients wishes as to liability and hull
coverages are clearly understood. Hull values in particular are discussed in making sure
the aircraft is not over or underinsured. Further, it develops and monitors all programs
for our many aircraft clubs. By researching loss histories, they aid in establishing
equitable rates for various makes and models. The complexities involved in obtaining the
best coverage at the best price are innumerable. Our supervisor in this department has
been with AIG, Ltd. for over 18 years.
