  Priority Dental Health is a subsidiary of the New Hampshire Dental Society formed in 1997 to promote the concept of Direct Reimbursement (DR) Dental Benefit Plans to employers in the state of New Hampshire. The DR concept, developed in 1972, has been formally promoted since 1984 by the American Dental Association when DR was officially recognized as an efficient, economical, and cost-effective method of providing dental benefits.
