  Wayne Tanner, the owner and founder of Access Title, started as a Realtor in the Utah County area in the early 1980's. After a few years as an agent his interests shifted to the Title Industry. In 1984 he started working with a local title company. Five years later Wayne decided it was time to venture out on his own and in 1989 Access opened for business. With the knowledge and reputation that Wayne developed over the years, Access Title quickly grew to be one of the most recognized title companies in Utah Valley.
